Welcome to PocketRemote! By downloading, installing, or using PocketRemote’s mobile or desktop applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

PocketRemote is designed to allow users to control their computers from their phones. The Services consist of a mobile application and a desktop application that communicate over a local network. Additional premium features may be available through a one-time purchase.

4. Premium Membership

PocketRemote offers a premium membership through a one-time purchase via the respective app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store). All payments are subject to the terms and policies of the app store provider. Colorcode SRL does not handle or store payment details.

5. User Responsibilities

When using the Services, you agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Ensure that your devices and network are secure.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Services.
• Not use the Services in a manner that infringes on the rights of others.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colorcode SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Colorcode SRL reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
